As the most important locomotive equipment for finishing the production mission of transportation, expensive buying and maintaining cost of motor train-set takes great percents of the equipment investment of passenger dedicated line. Thus, improving the using efficiency of motor train-set can reduce the number of motor train-set which has great importance on reducing the operation cost. However, the researchs of the motor train-set operation of our country are still in exploring and has no maturity theories and ready-made system for motor train-set scheduling. The management pattern, aiming at speed, railway conditions, various facilities and the Examine and repair have great difference between foreign high speed railway and the existent railway, so the research of motor train-set scheduling, the weaving pattern of vehical scheduling in foreign country and our existent railway can't be copied totally. Based on the transportation characteristic of our passenger dedicated line, this paper analyses and studies the relative questions of motor train-set scheduling.Based on the domestic and foreign research results, this paper uses the research technique which are combined the qualitative analysis with the quantitative evaluation, describes the meaning of motor train-set scheduling, analyses the Influence factors in the weaving of motor train-set scheduling, establishes the principles and kinds for the weaving of Motor train-set scheduling. This paper establishes the multiple objective 0-1 integer plan TSP model which describes the operation of motor train-set scheduling and more than deeply analyses the difficulties of finding the solution of this model both in theoretical and in technology, comes up with the thought of finding the solution by convert the question to single objective problem by parameter that ensures importance and goal adding which satisfy the work out motor train-set scheduling,and applies the Algorithm which is composed of meta-heuristics and Simulated Annealing. These arithmetic is simple and convenient to carry out on computer. In addition, the thesis discusses the main problems of system plan and deign. Finaly, while the construction scope of passenger dedicated line enlarges and transportation pattern is rectified continually, the paper probes into the new problems of train-set scheduling.The research and conclusions in this thesis provide decision support of improving train-set efficiency and management pattern and have certain realism significance and theory reference of using computer to work out train-set scheduling.
