With the developments of passenger traffic special line, studying an intelligent train traffic control system which is adaptable to China Railway Intelligent Transportation System is becoming more important and urgent.So, the paper makes systematic research on train operation adjustment of our country's passenger traffic special line. the initial identification of passenger traffic special line train traffic control system is design through the system model.According to the process of organization of train operation, the paper makes thorough and extensive systematic analysis to the adjustment problem of passenger traffic special line. The internal relationships between train operation adjustment and other problems on transportation organization are expounded.and then the basic contents the paper will be studied are determined, to make quick decision, the basic thought to adjust is determined as first searching train arrival/departure orders then reckoning train arrival/departure times. optimization model on the passenger line is set up by the thoughts and the corresponding genetic algorithm(GA)is applied to solve the problem.The adjustment principles and measures for track plan are studied,and then the working process of making the adjustment plan on track using is set down. DBDS algorithm is effective to the multi-objective 0-1 programming model. First the difference between the primary plan and the adjustment plan of train unit is discussed, and then the working process of making optimal adjustment plan is studied based on some adjustment principles which are set based on the adjustment goal. Train-set adjustment scheduling (TAS) problem is equal to TSP when they are all single objective problem. then design the corresponding ant algorithm. The problem of constraint is effective by the principle of ant restraint. In the paper, boolean expression of matrix passenger line scheduling chain of command structure, the structure of the system are classified, simplified, clear understanding of the structure of the system and its elements. We can come to the conclusion by the DEMATEL method:Operator scheduling subsystem, General repair subsystem, transport-plan subsystem have a great influence to other subsystem and train-set scheduling subsystem is easy to be affected.The innovations brought out in this paper are as follows:1. Train regulation optimization model on the passenger line is set up.the order of train is desigh by the corss DEA. Then an intelligent optimization algorithm, genetic algorithm(GA)is applied to solve the problem. According to the characteristic of the train regulation problem,2.On the basis of analysis and reference of the arrival and departure lines, a multi-objective 0-1 programming model is established to deal with the loaded container routing, and at the same time, DBFS as solving method are selected after the research and analysis of relevant algorithm.3.This paper construct the TAS model to passenger traffic special line, TAS problem is equal to TSP when they are all single objective problem. then design the corresponding ant algorithm.4.Boolean expression of matrix passenger line scheduling chain of command structure, the structure of the system are classified, simplified, clear understanding of the structure of the system and its elements.
