Along with Geographic Information System, Satellite Positioning System and communication become more mature, Vehicle Location System for a variety of means in the development and application of Intelligent Transportation Systems field are becoming more and more popular, and the result will be enormous economic and social benefits. However, because there are GPS positioning errors, positioning error has not been weakened effectively, the Vehicle Location System is difficult to play its due role.This is particularly so in the application demands. Not only to weaken the position error, but also not to increase the cost of Vehicle Location System, a good Map Matching algorithm is a good way.Now most of the car navigation system is applied in the city. While Vehicle Location System has good positioning accuracy in open sky conditions, but it also has to face a growing number of tall buildings, increasingly complex traffic problems ~ such situation Map Matching algorithm need to be addressed.This paper analyzes many Map Matching algorithms, read the summary, in reference to the basis of previous research, discuss to design a more reasonable and efficient integrated Map Matching algorithm. blind algorithm presented in the light of GPS solutions.
