Influence Of Elastic Deck And Other Key Components On Dynamic Parameters Of Flip-flow Screen

Screening technology is a process which classifies materials into different types according to their particle size. It is widely applied in many fields such as mining, food industry, construction, medical and energy industry, etc..In this paper, the screening theory of moist fine coal, screening mechanism of flip-flow screens and the influence of plastic deck and other key components on the dynamic parameters of flip-flow screens are studied.Detailed research on the principle and characteristic of flip-flow screen from the angle of the influence of plastic screen deck and other key components on the dynamic parameters of flip-flow screen is carried out.The method based on simplified geometrical model is adopted to obtain the vibrational formula of flip-flow screen. By use of strong function of data processing and drawing of Matlab software, systematical analysis and study on the dynamic parameters of flip-flow screen is made and a series of curves are got which reflect the specific dynamic property of flip-flow screen.Then, deep analysis of the obtained data is carried out which can supply theoretical reference for improving designing level and application of flip-flow screen.
