The Study Of New Countryside Planning In Suburb Under The City Expansion Of Xi'An

Since 1990s, our country urbanization advancement has entered the acceleration period, the city expanding speeds up unceasingly, under the impact of city expanding, the industrial structure, the production method and the living conditions, the life style and so on of the city suburb countryside are having the deep transformation unceasingly, and at the same time, it also has initiated many contradictions and problems, such as the unreasonable layout of enterprise , the vacant situation of the village construction planning, the waste land resources and so on. Many developed areas have conducted the research to the suburb countryside, hoping discover methods to solve the problem, but most of them are regarded the suburb countryside from the angle of city which has not solved the function of solving the problem.The article embarks from the angle of suburb countryside and the influence of city expanding to the suburb countryside, the author has thoroughly analyzed the influence pattern of the city to the suburb, the development mechanism of the suburb, the existence problem of the suburb countryside, the function of the plan, the author proposed the new countryside planning is the effective method of urbanization and dealing with the impact which the suburb countryside expanding to the city, and has carried on the discussion to the content of the new countryside planning. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) city expanding has positive and the negative influences to the suburb countryside, the positively affects mainly displays the highly effective utility in the suburb land, The perfect infrastructure, the optimize Industrial structure, the influence to human consciousness. The negative effect mainly displays in the chaotic layout of the suburb countryside, the formation of "city village", the vanishing of the Characteristic landscape.(2)The development mechanism of Xi'an suburb mainly has two aspects of factors: Inner dynamics actuation and exterior power attraction. The inner dynamics mainly display in collective industry development of the suburb countryside, the exterior power mainly displays the impetus of the key city expanding under the function of centrifugal urbanization.(3) The new countryside planning is the main way to solve the extant problem of the countryside which were decided by the control and guidance function of plan, and smart growth.(4) In proposes the plan in key and the plan content based on the classification of suburb countryside.
