| Many cities face a series of so-called "city diseases" such as traffic jam, housing problems and environmental pollution as economy has developed and cites have expanded rapidly. They produce because that the function of regional eco-economics system is lessened and the disorder inner elements of regional landscape. Man must use a new idea to analyze, plan and construct region and use dynamic and mutual consequence to analyze city's development. So, regional landscape eco-planning becomes a focus in many countries and districts.Based on the theories of geography, landscape ecology and sustainable development, applying the GIS software, the land survey data of XinJiang wujiaqu district, as well as society and economy, this case study analyze the Mengjin river of Xinjiang wujiaqu landscape eco-planning. The whole thesis is divided into seven parts:Part one introduces the background of composing the article and the significance of study, study process about the subject, and the content and characters of study.Part two mainly introduces essential theories of regional landscape eco-planning. On the basis of concluding concept and meaning of regional landscape eco-planning, essential theories of regional landscape eco-planning. and meaning of theories reference are bringing forward. Then it carries out the technical route of study of regional landscape eco-planning, based on the procedure of landscape eco-planning.Part three mainly analyzes the basic research of Mengjin river of Xinjiang wujiaqu landscape eco-planning. First analyze the project from the project background, the basical design and constructional scale. And then to analyze the nature, the social environment, water conservancy facilities and the content of Mengjin river. Then, the thesis puts forward the problems on Landscape Eco-planning.Part four introduces the Eco-planning and design of project. To determine the principle and the goal of the project, carry on the reasonable planning design in order to acquire the maximal benefits of the ecology, the society, the economics.Part five divides landscape ecological function regionalization, based on the theories of landscape ecology and land use structure optimization, and physical geography, historical culture, economical position, city function and region characteristic and so on.Part six mainly about the afforestation planting plan. Introduces the principle, the charac- -teristic and the technique of river green.Part seven sums up study conclusions, and propose the measure and the suggestion in order to carry out the Landscape Eco-planning.
