The Han river delta is one of the representative geographical units along the southeast coast of China.Since ancient times,this region has been faced with severe flood disasters.In the process of people and water struggle,a unique water conservancy,agriculture and settlement system has gradually formed,which together constitute the landscape features of this region.In this paper,the Han river delta is selected as the research object.Firstly,the historical development and coastline changes of Chaoshan plain are taken as the background to sort out the regional history.Then select the most representative Han river delta in Chaoshan plain for further study.The landform is divided into three geographical units in the natural substratum,and the corresponding characteristics are summanzed.Secondly,based on the natural changes of regional water system,the construction types of water conservancy facilities under different landforms of each geographical unit are summarized.At the same time,it studies the operation mode of different regional water conservancy systems and explores the process of human-water interaction.Human’s use of water greatly affects the way of land use and division,which will form the corresponding characteristic agriculture.Therefore in the agricultural system layer according to landform and water conservancy facilities again type division and characteristics summary.The settlement is the most advanced system,integrating natural substrates,water conservancy facilities and agricultural systems,and will exhibit more complex features.Therefore,typical settlements are selected for case analysis to analyze the relationship between regional landscape elements.Secondly,the top settlement in the Han river delta,Chaozhou city with a history of two thousand years,is selected to study its urban spatial structure.From the regional and urban scales,the landscape pattern,urban river network,urban characteristics,urban gardens,port area construction and other aspects are gradually analyzed from the macro to micro level.The formation of Han river delta regional landscape system.Finally,based on the above research,the blue and green network planning of handong new town is carried out against the background of chaozhou city’s cross-river development and handong new town planning,and the north creek waterfront park in the key region is selected for detailed design.Urbanization has gradually destroyed the landscape system that has lasted for thousands of years.At the same time,against the background of global warming and frequent extreme weather,urban waterlogging disasters in chaozhou occur frequently.In the blue and green network planning of the new town,we hope to connect the mountains and rivers and reconstruct the pattern.On the basis of the unique farmland fish ponds,traditional settlements and natural landscape texture of the protected area,the urban green slow moving system and the blue ecological stormwater regulation and storage network are realized.Then select the key plot of beixi riverside park for the design of urban waterfront park,to achieve the goal of shaping the vitality of the waterfront,create an ecological corridor,improve the resilience of the city,continue the style of the ancient city.The combination of embankment construction with ecology,activities and landscape can stimulate the site vitality while resisting floods,improve the quality of green space,and explore effective ways to protect the characteristics of regional landscape and continue the urban context.
