Being the key component of the posture control system in three-axis stabilization satellites, the Momentum Wheel's life and reliability is an important index which decids whether the satellite can be launched. Traditional reliability theory's reliability test depends on the products' failure data. Astronautic products such as the Momentum Wheel'failure data are hard to be obtained during a short time test because of the product's higher reliability and longer life with the technology development,design and manufacturing improvement.How to dealt with those zero- failure data is a big problem in the reliability field. Since there is much information of product's life in performance degenerate data, the performance reliability method, developed from last 1980s, is a new approach to solve the problem. This thesis includes the research based on performance degenerate data' reliability method as follows:1. Combining Bayes method with Weibull distributing theory, Bayes-Weibull's reliability evaluating method based on life data can be adopted to solve the problem such as how to evaluate the Momentum Wheel's shafting life test data.2. Using the performance reliability evaluating method and time-series analysis method, aiming at the current data of the Momentum Wheel' shafting part, this dissertation establishs a method on performance reliability from the research of the Momentum Wheel's performance reliability congruenced model in different reliability aspects: pretreatment,data test,time-series model and etc.,and evaluats the reliability based on the model.3. According to the problem existing in the Momentum Wheel's performance reliability modeling method which based on the tradition time-series analysis, the thesis gives out a new performance reliability modeling method which combining EMD and AR modeling technology.4. According to the small-sample characteristic of the Momentum Wheel,using the paramter Bootstrap method to deal with the different result of the performance reliability estimation , the research shows the method based on EMD and AR modeling technology has higher confide level.At last, the thesis gets in the conclusion and talks about prospect research in this field at the end.
