It is important for the success of designing and launching spacecraft to analysis astronaut performance in Modules. Comparison to catalytic sensor measurement, Optical measurement is convenient, less restriction and transplantable method to analysis astronaut performance in Modules.This paper is based on optical measurement. Image acquisition,camera synchronization,camera calibration,the automatic detection,tracking and positioning of target,measurement of 3 dimensional gesture parameters,matching of multi targets and other relative technologies are researched in the paper. The acquisition,measurement and analysis system of astronaut performance designed by these technologies include two sub-system:image acquisition and storage system which can acquire image in real time and synchronization for multi-camera and measurement and analysis system.which can measure 3 dimensional gesture parameters of astronaut and centroid motion. At the same time,the paper designs and actualizes the ground simulated experiment and its hardware and software, provides the three-demensional kinematics data of astronaut performance.It is the first time at home that this paper actualizes quantitative analysis of astronaut performance.The main contents of the paper are as follows:Firstly, An asynchronous trigger and isochronous acquisition method for multi-camera based on one computer is presented in the paper.The principle of CCD camera,1394 fire wire card and the internet time regulator are also researched. The system of image acquisition and storage is actualized in Visual C++Secondly, This paper researches the theory of optical measurement for multi camera and improves the method of targets detection,camera mean.Is also research es the measurement of human motion and modern sports biomechanics,improves the model of body and actualize the measurement of centroid motion. The system of measurement and analysis including camera calibration,targets tracking,3 dimentional mean and visual parameter is actualized in Visual C++.Thirdly, the paper researches the possible act and behavior of astronauts in spacecraft,summarizes 5 basic act and improves the design.It also carries out the the ground simulated experiment for data acquisition and analysis of astronauts performance and get the result.
