Unceasingly enhances of the user to the voltage quality requirement, as well as thenobody duty substations widespread promotion, the voltage and reactive power of theregional electrical gird needs real-time regulation to satisfy the goal of the surfacecontact, simultaneously to guarantee the voltage and reactive power quality in the localelectrical network and enhance the entire gird voltage qualified rate, and to reduce thepower lose. Therefore, to satisfy the above requirements, automatic voltage and reactivepower control systems are needed in the regional electrical grids.
