Workingship is the one which is engaged in many kinds of project technology service.It needs to shift and locate frequntely.The reliability of it's mooring system relates the security in the construction process.And the mooring system which is elected for the main located systerm has the characteristics such as few investment, convenient using and service .etc. So the research on mooring systerm is very necessery.In order to make sure what mooring equipments should be chosen ,firstly what we should do is to know the external forces act on the ship. The calculation methods about the wind force and current force have been already. There are a lot of empirical formulas to be used. At present ,the authority method is the one which is offered by OCIMF .As for wave force ,there is no confirmed calculation method yet at present.But the main tasks in this paper is not st this.For the mooring located systerm,the application of catenary's equation is indispensable.The catenary's equation we see and use quite a lot is the one which is at the condition when the weighing anchor angle is zero .But sometimes the anchor is replaced by the sunken stone in technique application. When the water area ia limited a litter weighing anchor angle ia allowed.The catenary's equation is deduced in this paper when the weighing anchor angle is not zero .And it is use to resolve some practical problems .The catenary's equation is made use of fully,including to choose the morring equipments on ship,to know how the parameters change about water depth ,horl. Force and strenthing force of catenary.ect. and to get the strinkage of the anchor wire by it and so on .When the mooring systerm of the working ship is analized ,the paper does not take the conventional method to do the static analysis.But an optimization idea is inducted .We can get the tention of all anchor wire by optimizing to equalize the sum of wind force ,current force and the wave force's stable part .On the base of the optimization ,the impact of the second-order wave force on the mooring systerm is taken into account. Because the distribution of the anchor is not symmetrical, we often take the method about the concurrent force to do the stable analysis. As for optimization , the majorized function in matlab is compiled and packed into COM component ,which is called by VB to realize the optimization.
