Study On The Matters And Methods Of Bridge And Nearby Waterway Navigation Assessment

The transportation industry is vital to the national economy, Along with the fast development of national economy, the government has already made significant progress in transportation modernization, the quantities of bridge crossed river is growing rapidly, which play an important role in the development of national economy. At the same time, the size of ships become more and more large, the density of ship is increasing year by year. Therefore, the bridges have inevitably influence on shipping industry, causing the navigating environment changes and cumber ship safety navigation, especially, in the flooding season. In order to reduce the maximum negative influence, and ensure the ships safely navigation around the bridge waterway area, it is very important to analyze,research and argument the navigating conditions in the area around bridges before constructing bridge!For recent years, though our state have issued some standard to regulate the bridge construction effectively, such as "Navigation standard of inland waterway" (GB 50139-2004),"The design criterion of inland waterway port " (GB 50192-93), "The bridge standard for navigating sea-craft waterway" (JTJ311-97),"The design criterion of harbor" (JTJ211-99),and so on, in the practical use, those standards were carried out by the relevant departments of government, Furthermore those standards redistributed and developed by different departments, and some aspects of standards cannot meet the nowadays requirements.This paper open out the matters for evaluating the bridge area waterway safely navigation by study the influencing factor of bridge area waterway environment. It also tell us how to evaluate and ensure bridge area waterway safely navigation, at last, this paper will build an integrity evaluating system for navigating argumentation in the bridge waterway area. On the other hand, the study is useful and play important role in water traffic administration, protecting water environment, and the development of shipping industry.
