Flyash-Autoclaved bricks masonry of restricting constructional columns mainly solves the problems of bearing load asymmetrically of the new type wall with openings and bearing shearing force insufficiently, and also satisfies the construction request of how to flexible open the hole. Because of the hole, it may reduce the load carrying capacity and seismic behavior, and then we have to set restricting constructional columns to restrict the crack and the deformation, and enhance the mechanical characteristic of the wall. In order to study the seismic behavior of this system, the thesis carries out the experiment of 8 specimens under the cyclic loading. In the past, the experiment of flyash-autoclaved bricks and flyash aeroconcrete blocks wall usually study the mechanical characteristic based on the restricting system. This experiment makes use of flyash-autoclaved bricks and flyash aeroconcrete blocks and the specimens are 1/2-sized models. We acquire the data of the load carrying capacity, stiffness, ductility and measurement of energy dissipation etc. At the same time, we analyze failure characters and hysteretic behaviors on the basis of the experiments. The major factors of the experiment are listed as following: the influence of restricting constructional columns at the boundary, the influence of different type of the masonry, the influence of vertical compression force, the influence of the area of the wall with openings etc. Finally the experimental results have been analyzed and been compared with, the suggestions are induced and brought forward.It is shown that the both specimen with openings and restricting constructional columns at the boundary have good seismic behaviors, which can satisfy the design requests in the seismic areas.
