| General electrically operated valve actuator is extensively used in industrial fields, such as petroleum,chemical plant, electricity and etc. However, the existing domestic electronic executive body of valve has many problems like backward control method,low dependability and lack of perfect protection, fault alarm measure and good means of communication, all of which make it is inconvenient to debug and maintain, can't carry on parameter changes according to the needs of production at the scene and can't make up network for long range control either. Consigned by one company of JiangSu to design a new-type digital, intelligent, self-diagnosing Electrically operated valve actuator controller with FCS is the emphasis of this article.The design consists of six parts: C8051F020 MCU main controller,forward channel, backward channel,man-machine interface,motor driving device,CAN(Controller Area Network) field bus interface.We can control and protect the valve intelligently by detecting the status of the valve such as the position,moment,temperature and the phase sequence. The convenience man-machine interface is intuitionistic and easy to use.CAN BUS because of its high performance,high dependability,high real-time capability and wide use in industry is used to make up the control network.We use Visual Basic 6.0 software to development the upper PC monitor programe which is suitable for remote monitor, fault record and system test.The result of study shows that the intelligent electrically operated valve actuator controller based on CAN BUS is perfect in the precision of control, real-time character and dependability.So it achieves the design requirement perfectly. |
