Research On Environment Of House Kitchen For Aged

With the growth of Chinese geriatric population, the aging problem is drawing more and more attention. How to improve old people's life quality is a series of new research task. In house environment which has a close relation with old people, the kitchen room as one of the four house function areas, if it is made suitable for aged, it will improve old people's life quality, make them have more pleasure, help them have more ability helping themselves, and it has more positive meaning for the realization of"entertainment of the old people, career of the old people"。The preface expounds the background,the research content,the development in present,the goal and significance of this task, and expatiate the research tentative plan,method and the desired result.There are 8 parts in total except preface and epilogue:The first, to know aged. It analyses the details and other factors in kitchen room for old people.The epilogue concludes the new points in the paper first, and then it advances some problems to discuss, and gives some suggestions.
