Research And Application On Universal Design In Kitchen Space

In the context of aging population is becoming increasingly serious in our country and the interests of disadvantaged groups are generally concerned,universal design of kitchen space is a humanized design method for sustainable development about kitchen space design.This issue begins with population aging in our country,and the main research objectives is ordinary residential kitchen space .With the theoretical basis of universal design principles and methods, ordinary residential kitchen space is studied in depth.The target population is the broad population including the elderly, the disabled and other vulnerable groups in this issue,and for the obstacles and problems of the process of they use the kitchen ,this issue starts analysis and research. This issue Proposes the targeted design principles and implementation methods on how to design the kitchen space,thus achieves the humanization of the kitchen space design needs.Universal residential development is an important direction for future development of China's architectural design,and it will be the premise and foundation of the elderly, handicapped, women, children, sick and other vulnerable groups who participate fully in the relative social life and an important condition to facilitate their daily lives.And Universal residential is an important condition that facilitates their daily lives,a level of civilization and progress of society ,and a concentrated expression of material and spiritual civilization.It is important to improve the quality of its people and cultivate awareness of universal public morality and promote the building of a harmonious society.This paper consists of five parts: the first part is the background theory, and it will do some research about relevant background of the subject;the second part is pre-research analysis,and it will do a detailed research and analysis about the groups of universal kitchen and the composition and use of the kitchen;the third part is theoretical results,and it will draw out the basic principles and the basic model of the kitchen space universal design;the fifth part is practical part, and it will focus on specific implementation methods and associated technical specifications; the fifth part is the summary and outlook.
