The Design Research On Social Kitchen In The Direction Of Emotion Needs

With the development of social economy,people's living standard has increased rapidly,which greatly meet the material demand and function demand.What's more,this development has transformed,which pursuit high quality life and meet the spiritual demand.Although the development of economy also leads to an increase of the social price,the economic circumstances limited and youngster had burdened huge housing,living and working pressure,which results in finite interpersonal communication and more indifference between people.It is result that the young people urgently need a more social area to release the pressure and relieve emotion.With the change of family structure,people's ideology liberation and lifestyle has changed,and people pay more attention to kitchen.They pursuit high quality life and hope for more socializing in the kitchen.The conception of social kitchen gets rid of the bondage of the traditional kitchen.To make the kitchen to a place,we can communicate with family and friends.The convenience of social kitchen attracted people to stay in the kitchen and take more interactive,remit the difficulty of emotional communication.Based on the social kitchen demanding and taking on the young as target population,the article is from the perspective of emotional needs.On the ground of hierarchy theory and the three levels of emotional design as theoretical basis,study social kitchen design principle and design method.This article is written on the perspective of historical evolution of the kitchen and analysis the changing of Chinese kitchen.Put forward the conception of combining social and kitchen,which means that the function of kitchen from single cooking food place shift to the direction of social and communication.Through the study of social kitchen,user groups and the function layout,it is concluded the kitchen's development trend in the future.Based on the Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and Donald Norman's emotional design theroy,the author analysis the design elements of social kitchen and put forward the design principles and methods of the social kitchen.The article adopts practical case demonstrating the communication and interaction in family.This topic research will bring new theory to support social kitchen and provide the reference for more people.
