A Study Of Shanghai Rail Transit Terrorism-proof Coordination Mechanism

Many researches had been made in the area of anti-terrors. Such as the hardware investment and technique update method in Shanghai rail transit. But it seems far from enough to fulfill the anti-terrors destination only through these means. The most important guard object is the civilian of Shanghai and the targets which anti-terrors confront are wide and extensive, so it's hard to find the defense focus. It's not enough to fulfill the anti-terrors aim only by means of enlarging the hardware investment, technique update and putting more human involved in it.The article analyzed the connection of the government, enterprise and the public. Through the process of investigation and the comparison between the East and West, the author got the conclusion that the work of anti-terrors is a systemic project that all of the government, enterprise and the public should dedicate themselves in. The article also presented that in order to strengthen the terrorism-proof level, it's important to deepen the"soft"research and make more study in the aspect of terrorism-proof coordination mechanism.
