With the lack of general energy resource, electric power and the worsening of power supply circumstance problems increasingly, it is provided with very important meanings to partially solve energy lack by using renewable energy resource such as wind energy as the one of the most important clear substituted energy resource in the future. Doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) is an attractive and booming approach that provides the ability of variable speed constant frequency wind power generation with low cost and high efficiency. At first, the current development situation about the world wind power and wind power generation technology have been introduced. After studying the mathematical model in static three-phase coordinate and in rotary two-phase coordinate, the stator field-oriented vector control strategy is issued. The results of simulation validated the validity and feasibility of model and control strategy under Matlab\Simulink。Through the analysis of the work principle and topology frame of three phases voltage resource PWM converter, set the mathematic models, study the control strategy, show that three-phase PWM converters are advantageous in high power factor, small input-line current harmonic distortion and bi-directional power flow.At last, simulating system of variable speed constant frequency wind generating is designed based on DSP and simulating. It is composed of a 2.2kW DFIG and grid-side and rotor-side converter which controlled by dual DSP controllers. The design of signal processing circuit, communications interface circuit, quadrature encoder pulse circuit and protection circuit has been detailed.
