Study On Rational Configuration Of Xianju County's Water Resources

Water resource, one of scarce resources, is of high commercial and ecological valve. Its scarcity has been aggravating with the development of society. How to deal with the relationship between water resource and social economic development and ecological environment, and how to keep sustainable utilization of water resource so as to make most profit of it globally, have become an urgent subject.Xianju County, Zhejiang Province abundant in total amount but non -uniform in annual distribution of water resource, is a 80% mountain, 10% water plus 10% field with high mountains and steep slopes as well as sharp rise or fall of flood. So the problem of water excess and shortage is acute in this county. Meanwhile, Wen-huang Plain, southeast of Xianju County, has developed economy but scarce water resource. Thus how to exploit, utilize and protect local water resource, and how to provide abundant exploited water resource for Wen -huang Plain after satisfying local county's need are worth long-term planning and study.Under the guidance of the thought of regional sustainable deve lopment, with the target function of minimum general scarcity of regional water resource and on the basis of natural configuration of water resource, this paper, on the hand ,gives an overall consideration of precipitation surface water, ground water, fore ign water and inter basin water diversion. On the other hand, this paper trusts ecological,industrial,agricultural or domestic water consumption discriminally and guarantees the emphasis. It establishes configuration model of water resource. So as to realize optimal allocation of water resource both in exploitation and in utilization, as well as to deal properly with the relationship between water resource and social economic development and ecological most profit of water resource globally and realizing sustainable exploitation and utilization.Arounding the central problem, "study on rational configuration of Xianju county's water resource", this paper conducts corresponding investigation and data collection, checks the "property" of local water resource, and analyzes the situation and existential problem of local water resource. Starting from basic condition and using debug calculation of configuration model, this paper proposes several measures and suggestions for local water resource's exploitation, utilization and protection, and provides basic data and scientific methods for administration of Xianju county's water resource.
