Studies On The Rational Utilization Of Water Resources In City Draining Plan

The rapid development of the city economy and the increase of population have created a greater and greater demand for water. In the principle of increasing the income by using many channels and the priority of decreasing the expenditure based on the pollution abatement, the reuse of recycled water the utilization of rainwater can be applied to relieve the shortage of water resource. As a heavy industry base in the north of our country, Shenyang has been confronted with an increasingly serious situation of water shortage while developing in the faster speed than before So that making the recycled water and the rainwater as the second water resource of the city can relive the contradictions between supply and demand effectively.This paper studies the relevant material of the recycled water reusing and rainwater utilization in the city and finds out the general situation of the recycled water reusing and rainwater utilization at home and aboard. And then it uses the experience and technology of water resources utilization for reference to analyses the water resources utilization problem of our country.According to the actual situation of Shenyang, the situation about the water resources utilization of Shenyang is analyzed, the problems of water resources utilization in the municipal sewerage plan are generalized, and the plan of recycled water reusing and rainwater utilization of the municipal sewerage plan is derived.
