This thesis centers on the design process of the elevator control systemconstructed by taking a three-storey medical elevator in Jiangxi Changlin ElevatorCompany as the control object.Having analyzed control ways of modern commonly-used elevator controlsystem and considered the requirement for a relatively low price of the control system,this article uses a new kind of control way: The speed controlling closed-loop,composed of the PLC controller,the general inverter and the increase-typephotoelectric encoder, has realized the elevator speed adjustment, the correspondingswitch points parallel relate to the PLC I/O spot to complete the function of theelevator signal logical controlling, and the top machine configuration softwaremonitors running status of elevator. The general inverter of the control way does nothave the elevator speed curve, so in the premise of proper attention to request ofelevator comfortableness and swiftness, the topic has designed the ideal velocitycurve—parabola-straight line synthesis velocity curve which the control systemneeds. When we use the hardware to construct the control system, this artic analyzesand compares the hardware realization way and the characteristic of maincomposition link of Control system (controller link, frequency changer link, positionvelocity feedback link), thus it completes hardware shaping and designing of theentire control system The control system software design of this article has two parts:one is the lower position machine PLC software design: it realizes logical processingswitch-points of PLC control system and guaranteed the elevator to correctlyrespond to the calls and process the breakdown; As an important constituent of thelower position machine software design, it has achieved the speed control softwarecompilation, the speed control procedure has used the mature PID control algorithmto control the PLC simulation quantity output to control the frequency conversion ofthe general inverter, and the closed-loop control of elevator speed is thus realized;Moreover, in order to enable this control system to serve the purpose of the universityexperiment teaching, the thesis has also compiled the lower machine control program, along with the top machine configuration software, to carry on the elevator simulationmovement. The other is the top machine configuration software design: it completesthe data collection and the monitoring software design using King View Software6.51and the making of various animation pictures. Top machine configurationsoftware features the elevator monitoring function, the PID parameter settingfunction, elevator well self-study function and the elevator simulation movementfunction in the laboratory with the absence of the main elevator body. Theconfiguration software picture movement effect is proved good.In addition, this thesis has established mathematical model for each linkaccording to mechanical analysis of the elevator control system, and analyzed theresult of the simulation experiment for the PID algorithm using the Simulink tool,which theoretically justifies the realization of the elevator speed control algorithm.
