With the development of social economy, the improvement of people’s living quality make people have a higher request for transportation, the elevator so got rapiddeveloment.Elevator runtime not only to ensure the safety, comfort and quickness is also very important. Comfort and quickness a large part of the reason depends on thespeedcontrol design. So this topic designs the elevator group control system based on Rockwell platform, using the Rockwell software and elevator model to design the optimal speed control mode, it makes the elevator running more safe and comfortable. On the otherhand, in the study of the elevator, using the elevator model experiment has high cost and poor safety. So this topic also designs the elevator group control 3D simulationsystem. Draw the simulation of elevator model using RSTest Stand 3D simulation software of Rockwell, and the preparation of the control program, complete the 3D simulation system.Through the analysis of the existing control technology of several current problem, including the floor crawling, control method is complex and other issues. By using the elevator speed control based on the target distance. It makes use of the elevator speed control based on the distance to the target, and designed this control scheme. This design uses the cosine-line curve as the ideal elevator speed curve, written the speed control program using the RSLogix5000 software. And experiments were performed using the elevator model Rockwell in the laboratory, after much trial and error. the eventual elimination of the creeping section, the adjustment of direct docking elevator, improve the ride comfort of passengers.The elevator of 3D teaching simulation system designed by RSLogix Emulate 5000 virtual PLC controller, prepared by the RSLogix5000 group control elevator control procedures, combined with laboratory elevator model, used of RSTest Stand software to build the 3D simulation model of elevator group, and through the virtual connection RSLinx to make the OPC type connection with the software. after repeated testing, the 3D simulation model of the elevator group control was set up successfully. In the experimental teaching, using this model to replace the real elevator model to experiment of the elevator control procedures, to reduce dependence on entity model, can use fewer resources for massive repetition test, shorten the test cycle,reduces the cost of the test system, improves the feasibility and safety of the experiment. On the other hand, build a simple simulation model also can be an experimental course.
