This paper has put forward the Scheme of based on the PLC and DSP artillery simulation platform control system,by researching the domestic and foreign gun’s automatic loading system and analysising digital signal processing technology application in gun control system.Firstly, this paper focuses on the research of ramming system design. This system contains the main controller with Siemens S7-300, the positioning module with Siemens FM353, and drive module By FM354servo.Those constitute a servo motor closed-loop control system together.This system completes to the design of the ammunition warehouse, pushing the bullet, hook module medicine, transpor projectile and transport module medicine with electric drive.Finnally,this complete the design of Ramming system with hydraulic transmission system.Then, this paper also focuses on servo system.This system uses TI Company’s TMS320F2812as master control chip, complementary with peripheral circuit, and the advanced PID control algorithm constitute an embedded servo controller. The system matches with angle sensor as collector and transfer to DSP through CAN bus. DSP get analog output value through PID algorithm, and transfer it to motor driver and servo amplifier. Then drive the direction motor and high and low oil cylinder respectively. Finally communicates with PC through RS232, monitoring artillery’s stance real-time.In addition, host computer system write with KingView.This system display the working state of ramming system and servo system online, and send out to them the controlling command.Finally realize human computer interaction with hypogynous machine.Finally, Ramming syste is debugged by single-step with host computer system.Through the debugging, the problem of mechanical interference has been solved, and the subsystem control algorithm has been improved.Then the system feasibility verification has successed by linkage commissioning.
