Remanufacturing production for waste and obsolete mechanic & electronicproducts, which is a important parts of Recycle Economics and GreenRemanufacturing engineering, is belongs to batch production and it is not similar tomaintenance. Disassembly, which is the first step and the entrance to remanufacture,will influence remanufacturing variously. This paper describes the ideals and theachievements studying on computer-aided techniques for processes planning indisassembly. The topic of the dissertation, combining with the strategic subject forRecycle Economics and Green Remanufacturing engineering brought by "the 11th-five -year plan", perfects theoretically the development of the remanufacturingengineering technology and is feasible thoughts and tool for the remanufacturingcorporation's disassembly program designing and optimizing.After analyzing the functions of the intelligent disassembly and assessmentsystem for the remanufacturing product, this paper discusses in detailed three key indevelopment:1) The classification representation about the disassembly informationBased on the features of the remanufactured product's information of the wasteengine, this paper divides the disassembly information into the pre-disassembly data,the disassembling data, the cleaning data, the inspection data, and the others. Thispaper also introduces how to collect data and design the database and presents thesystems diagram of the disassembly process planning.2) The evaluation system about the disassembly planning of remanufacturingproductsThe evaluation system about the disassembly planning is involved indisassemblability, cost and technicality. This paper discus in detail the index systemfor evaluating the disassembly planning of remanufacturing products, and also putforwards the calculation formulas and the method how to decide quota weights inevaluating. 3) The deciding arithmetics for the disassembly planning of remanufacturingproducts based on Case-based ReasoningThis paper introduces in detail the technologies including the case founding, caseobtaining and calculating criteria of similarity degree, and applies them in thedeciding for the disassembly planning of remanufacturing products successfully.Finally, this paper summarizes research on the intelligent disassembly andassessment prototype system for the remanufacturing product, and confirms itscorrectness and reliability with the datas of the waste engine.
