Methodology Of Disassembly And Renovation Design For Remanufacturing Products

As science and technology are developing rapidly, products update has been accelerated and there are more waste products. All these caused the shortage of natural resources and environment pollution. In this context, study on remanufacturing engineering and remanufacturing for design, appeared to be particularly important. Remanufacturing is not only a technological means and the process, it is the industrialization of high-tech maintenance for waste products. Disassembly is the first step of remanufacturing. The study on how to remove products with higher efficiency and lower cost, is one of the key problems for remanufacturing. Renovation is an important step of remanufacturing, it is the key to the extension of the life of products. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the combination of disassembly and renovation, and design for remanufacturing.In this paper, basic knowledge of remanufacturing engineering was introduced, the relationship of disassembly and renovation was analyzed, and based on this, disassembly and renovation system for remanufacturing was given. Key technologies of disassembly and renovation design for remanufacturing products, including design for remanufacturing, design for disassembly, design for renovation and evaluation for disassembly and renovation, were discussed. The composition, expression way and extraction of disassembly information were analyzed. The graph model of disassembly information was established, calculation of the direction of disassembly was studied, and the principles for structural design of disassembly were presented. The common failure forms of parts and repair technologies were analyzed, and the selecting principles of repair process for remanufacturing product were put forward. The two meanings of design for renovation of remanufacturing products were analyzed, design requirements of the structure design were presented. The process of disassembly and renovation evaluation for remanufacturing product was analyzed. The system of disassembly and renovation evaluation was put forward, and there were technical evaluation module and quality and economic evaluation module together. Technical evaluation model were discussed, quality and economic evaluation module was given. Disassembly and renovation system for remanufacturing products was developed, in which design and evaluation of disassembly and renovation was realized.
