Maintainability is an inherent characteristic given by the product design to make product maintenance simple,rapid and economic.The disassembly sequence planning is an important aspect of maintainability design and analysis.For aircraft,tanks and other highly integrated equipment,the disassembly space of parts has important effects on the disassembly sequence.How to determine the optimal product maintenance disassembly sequence by considering the disassembly space is an important pressing problem in theoretical and engineering research.Based on the investigation research at home and abroad,the disassembly model to considering disassembly space of product and the generation and optimization of disassembly sequence are deeply researched.And then a disassembly sequence planning prototype system is developed.The validity of this method for disassembly sequence planning considering disassembly space is verified.The main contents of this paper include:1.Through the analysis of the CAD model of product,the disassembly information of product especially the disassembly space information is extracted.The disassembly hybrid graph of product is established.And on this basis,the disassembly matrix which lay the foundation for generation of disassembly sequence is generated.2.The disassembly rules needed by the generation of maintenance disassembly sequence are proposed through summarizing the characteristics of the actual maintenance disassembly operations.Based on the disassembly function and disassembly lists,the components which have an effect on maintenance disassembly space are removed,and the generation method of disassembly sequence considering disassembly space is studied.3.The method of maintenance process modeling based on Petri net is studied.The maintenance process model is established according to disassembly sequence.The weight function which selects the components number as indepent variables is studied.Finally,the optimal disassembly sequence is obtained by evaluating the maintainability of disassembly sequence.4.Based on the above research method,a prototype system for disassembly sequence planning which considered of maintenance disassembly space is developed.the validity of the proposed method is verified through the application on the aircraft cylinder.
