Vegetable insulating oil is a high fire point, high flash point and biodegradable insulator, it is a good insulating meteiral for manufacturing the envoroment friendly and flame resistance oil. Dissovled gas analyizing (DGA) is an important method whitch recommended by International Electrical committee (IEC) to dignose the default in oil immersed electrical equipments. In fact DGA is based on the analyzing of the gases generated from mineral oil and oil-paper where a default exists in, and on the summarizing the field application experience.However, as a new meteiral, vegetable insulating oil is quite difference from mineral oil in physical & chemical properties and electiral properties. To research the mechanism and dissolving character of the gases generated from vegetable oil and cellulose under the default and normal situations, is a grave signification for applying the DAG to analyzing the vegetable oil immersed electrical equipments, and has a practical meanings for the application of vegetable oil. Based on referring to a lots of domestic and overseas literatures, the paper researched the physical & chemical properties and electiral properties of transgenic rape-seed insulating oil, emphasized studied the speciality of generated gases from oil under the heated and electrical simulant defaults. Primary content is followed:1. Refind the transgenic rape-seed oil, and according to items in the satandar GB/T 7595-2000, analyzed and studied the physical & chemical properties and electiral properties of the oil;2. Studied the specilaities of the gases generated from transgenic rape-seed oil when the oil been partial heated in different temperature and tested by the heat aging;3. Researched the mechanism of gas generating and the character of dissolving and emitting of the gases in vegetable insulating oil, studied the specialities of dissolved gas under the arc discharge, spark discharge and partial discharge defaults, and measured the Ostwald coefficient of seven commen gases in transgenic rape-seed oil.
