The workshop is the binding sites of management and manufacture, the joint of information streams and matrial streams. This paper is based on the theory of Manufacturing Executing System MES, aiming at the shop-floor management of the manufacturing&assembly discrete enterprise, analyzing the key technologies of shop-floor management system and designing the system, to get the objective of information integration and optimizations the whole manufacturing process.Firstly, simply introduces the definition, function-position, mainly functions and the development process of the MES. Then put forward some critic problems of which need to be soluted in current MES, and aggregates its developing trends.Nextly, on the base of investigation of ChangQi CO.Ltd, summaries production features and shop-management status of the manufacturing&assembly workshop, and put forwards inadequate problems which need to be improved.Considering on the features and status of the manufacturing&assembly shop-floor management, compares on the various advanced methods of Planning and Scheduling,Work-In-Process management,Data Collecting and system integration, analyzes and discusses the realization method which fits on manufacturing&assembly shop-management system. Aiming at single and a little batch&Similar structure production, presents a planning method which combining MRP, TOC and uses network planning in the assemble workshop; Presents and optimizes dynamic transformed scheduling method based on the rules scheduling; Presents data collecting method based on the process transformations, and the WIP management methods based on the routing cards; Presents system integration methods based on the XML and OPC.On the base of requirement analysis, divides the shop-floor production management system into 11 function module, and designs detaily on each subsystem's function. Then, the realization method, running invironment of the system are been stuied.Finally, the conclusion and the developing trend in this domain are put forward.
