The rapid development of urbanization and the improvement of living standards in China makes noise pollution has become a major environmental hazard, in which Housing floor residential solid percussive acoustic isolation and poor performance caused a lot of disputes. Impact Sound Insulation between the floors become a major issue addressed as a matter of urgency; Meanwhile, the Building Energy is the trend in the world today, the ground floor of residential buildings have to use energy-saving materials, which, Energy is one of the materials used polystyrene insulation mortar particles.Based on the study of the impact polystyrene particles mortar acoustic insulation properties and other properties, choose a used tire rubber powder, closed-cell expanded perlite, shale sand-ceramisite, ceramic fiber and floating beads etc. and add them into the insulation mortar, They studied the impact of the incorporation of insulation mortar, Analysis of these mortar acoustic insulation on the ground floor of the favorable properties of materials.The insulation mortar formula which is a basis for further study is determined, its performance is tested. Single acoustic noise impact assessment of its capacity is to 69.0dB. Then the effects of different content of cellulose ether, latex powder, fiber on the performance of insulation mortar are studied. Cellulose ether, latex powder, fiber will improve the performance of the mortar. Crumb rubber and cenospheres will not only allow the percussive acoustic isolation performance greatly improved, but also make a small amount of insulation performance upgrade, the mortar will reduce shrinkage; The incorporation of ceramic fiber is very disadvantaged to the compressive strength of mortar and it can not be used for floor mortar; Although expanded perlite and shale sand-ceramisite will substantially increase the compressive strength of mortar, percussive acoustic performance was not improved, it will even increase the density of insulating mortar and is not conducive to use. Finally, crumb rubber and cenospheres are incorporated into the insulation mortar as a certain way, and prepared the ground floor of noise insulation mortar. The compressive strength reaches 1.21MPa, the bonding strength is 0.38MPa, drying shrinkage rate is 0.19%, water absorption is 8.62%, the thermal conductivity is 0.069W/m ? K, acoustic noise impact assessment value alone amount of 64.0dB. Its overall performance and engineering applications are the researched and analyzed.
