With the increasing of our country railroad train speed, the train structure turns toward the lightweight, the low center of gravity direction to develop. In order to meet this demand, train's height should be lowered. while the train height is lowered,the space of trains should be lowered. So in order to meet the demand of train space, need to thinned train floor. The thermal insulation and acoustical insulation performance of train floor will be declined when train floor.is thinned .So this article study on train floor's thermal insulation and acoustical insulation performance optimize, the main work is as follows:Firstly, using heat transfer theory and acoustical insulation theory, analysis the heat transfer principle and the acoustical insulation principle of train floor, while analyses the main affection factor of the thermal insulation and acoustical insulation performance to train floor,and put forward optimiztion ideas.Secondly,by using the finite element method study the thermal insulation performance through numerical simulation: firstly, study the existing floor of trains through numerical simulation, found that cold bridge affected the existing floor of trains largely. Hence reduce the area of steel plate, aluminium beam bridge components and so on,and compress mineral wool layer to 4mm. Study the existing floor of trains through numerical simulation; To simulate the floor again which has be optimized, find that the influence of cold bridges significantly weakened. Because the thickness of the floor is reduced, the insulating performance of the floor decline, so use foam aluminum floor to instead of aluminium honeycomb floor; Finally further simulation, get good insulation effect, and confirm the optimization scheme finally.Thirdly, use hot box and heat flux method to test the thermal insulation performance of train floors, the testing results and numerical simulation results are in good agreement. Use reverb method to test the acoustical insulation performance of train floors, testing results show that: after the optimization of train floor has a better acoustical insulation effect.Through the above work, finish the optimization of the train floor.Not only satisfy the requirements of train body modification,but also improve train floor's thermal insulation and acoustical insulation performance.
