With the rapid development of the city, the residents must make a further requirementsboth on the material life and the spiritual life.It requires that the level of city gardening and thecity's environmental should further improve with the development of the city.However, thelow level of automation and the cleaning facility with single function make a phenomenon thatchina's urban gardening and municipal cleaning are very backward compared with thedeveloped countries and the existing sanitations are mostly single function. It will be a bigwaste if the task of city's gardens and the service of infrastructure need one by one specialmachine, such as, sweep truck, watering cart,guardrail wash truck,salt sprinkle truck,snow sweeping vehicles,garden maintenance truck and so on. It is appropriate to the rapiddevelopment of the city if there are one or two machines that can play all the operations. So itrequires a model with multi-function, high efficiency, low-pollution. Limited by the space andauthor's capacity, This paper unable to accomplish the research and design work completely,So on this paper it will be preliminarily research on the design of the device of multifunctiontruck's mechanical hand quick coupling.Second, this paper wills analyses and discusses therational layout of the machine's various components based on the virtual design. The maincontent of research is bellow:1 with the thought of modular design, and combine the approach of the two differentmethods of bottom-up and top-down design, with the software of visualization 3D modelingPro/E, the model of the whole multifunction truck is completed.according to the requirementsof the design of multifunction track, optimal layout model of the multifunction truck isestablished, combine with the analyzable function on model of Pro/E, seeking for thesolution of the Mathematical model, the most rational layout program is find out.2 By analyzing the existing form of the mechanical hand around the world, combining thefeatures of the multifunction truck, a design principle for the multifunction truck is suggested.By investigating process of the quick coupling device of the mechanical hand, the virtualdesign and assemblage of the quick coupling device of the mechanical hand is completed withthe 3D software Pro/E.3 The strength of the dangerous parts of the multifunction truck is analyzed and checkedby Using of the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the optimum design of the quickcoupling device is finished yet with the return data.
