Study On And Realization Of Multifunction Meter And Frequency Meter Modules Of The Multifunction Instrument Based On LXI Bus

The main work of this subject is studying on multifunction meter and frequency meter modules of the multifunction instrument based on LXI bus and technique related data transmission between the modules and the 32 bits embedded microcontroller. The multifunction module communicates with the multifunction instrument through extended bus interfaces and self-defining communication protocol. Meanwhile, multifunctional networked instrument can be implemented by connecting to LXI bus interfaces of multifunction instrument system.Present state and development of domestic and international bus instruments was introduced. The characteristics and advantages of LXI bus were analyzed. The important position of LXI bus to future instrument bus was definite. The importance and necessity of designing LXI multifunctional instruments was emphasized. Because multifunction meter and frequency meter were commonly used functional modules in LXI bus system, studying on multifunction meter and frequency meter modules of the multifunction instrument based on LXI Bus were emphasis of the paper. After comparison of the related instruments of several famous instrument enterprises, the basic functions of measuring direct current, direct voltage, alternating current, alternating voltage, two lines resistance, four lines resistance and frequency and related technical index were determined. The design scheme of multifunction modules was put forward based on theoretical research. During the design of hardware circuit, we put forward and solved related technique difficulty, and schemed out the hardware circuit of multifunction measurement module, and debugged them. During the design of software, we compiled monitor programs and ADC control program and data processing program and interface communication program, and debugged them. Finally, we made scientific system test solution, and verified the functions and related index of the modules.Multifunction meter and frequency meter modules are commonly used measurement modules. It has great significance to promote the research and development of LXI bus technique.
