With the increase of car ownership,automotive aftermarket is becoming more and more important,and the car quick repair store emerges naturally.For the quick repair store layout problem,this paper discusses the collaborative optimization of fast repair chain stores layout and business model from three dimensions:preselection,market and operation.Firstly,to reflect the clustering effect of nodes,this paper proposes a double index evaluation function comprehensively considering the potential customer service intensity and construction cost.This function is used to measure the possibility of a node becoming a candidate for the new quick repair store.Due to that the possibility is determined by the static characteristics of the node.In order to reflect the randomness of customers choosing car quick repair store,a cloud model considering the customer accessibility and estimated service time is constructed.It helps to evaluate the randomness of node selection.Based on the idea of iteration,the cloud model is used to optimize the candidate node set.Secondly,based on the optimized candidate nodes,by analyzing the relevant factors affecting the layout of car quick repair store,considering the consumption ability of customer and attractiveness of each alternative node to determine the competition between new chains,this paper proposes a site planning model for quick repair chain stores considering the existing market competition.Then SCE-UA(shuffled complex evolution method developed at The Uni-versity of Arizona)algorithm is applied to solve the above model.Finally,the model and algorithm are verified by actual data.In addition,this paper analyzes the operational characteristics of different chain operation modes,and establishes a robust optimization model for maximum benefit and a collaborative decision-making model considering the operation mode.Based on the loss of default and its uncertainty,a double-layer model is established to maximize the revenue of the main store and minimize the transportation and investment costs of the chain stores.Thus,the chain enterprises can make the best choice between free chain operation and franchise operation mode.Considering the profit of main store and the operation cost,the location and operation mode of the automobile quick repair chain can be collaboratively optimized.Finally,taking Dalian city as an example,this paper carries on the calculation and analysis of site selection planning.The results show that the proposed research ideas are feasible and effective.Through the example calculation,it is found that,due to the existence of competitors,the total profit rate cannot be increased indefinitely with the continuous increase in investment costs.In addition,the choice of quick repair chain business model is affected by the size of chain stores and the number of years of operation.When the number of chain stores is small and business hours are short,it is more advantageous to choose a free chain business model with less initial investment and faster returns.While it is more advantageous to choose a franchising model with a perfect management system,high returns.and less risk of default,when the number of chain stores is large and business hours are long.The research contents above can be used as reference for the location selection and business model selection of China's car repair chain stores.
