Design And Research Of Shearing Machine Backboard Position Control System

Nowadays, in most automobile factories of our country workers modulate the shearing machine backboard position in a manual way. They measure distance of moving with ruler, and achieve orientating the backboard position by manpower. This method is not only waste manual work and time, but also is difficult to ensure the precision of the shearing measure. To improve this instance, the paper studies the automatic orientated equipment on the basis of the xisting shearing machine, and achieves the automatic control of the backboard position. The automatic control method not only improves the production efficiency of the shearing machine, but also ensures the precision of shearing.The control system of the backboard position of the shearing machine improves the existing manual equipment. On the basis of the existing machine structure, we use the single ip computer as controller, the stepper as the actuator, make the single chip control the stepper, and make the old system and the new system exist at the same time. The paper mainly includes two parts, the hardware design and the software design. Hardware design includes the single chip system extending part design, all kinds of function modules design, the craft design and the hardware circle design. The software design includes the main program design, the keyword scan program design, the keyboard program design, the external interrupt INT0 program design, the timer TO interrupt program design, timer T1 interrupt program design, the working parameter input program design, the backboard position initialization program design and the system experiment program design. After the hardware design and software design, the paper studies fixing the machine and debuging the program, until the machine working normally.The research of the control system of the backboard position of the shearing machine makes the backboard position of the shearing machine orientate precisely, improves the production efficiency, makes the position behind the sheet material of the shearing machine automatically, improves the eligibility percent of the production, and alleviates the difficulties of operation.
