Load test of bridge structure is a scientific test work which carries on the direct load testto the bridge structure. It can provide advantageous and direct-viewing basis for administratorsto evaluate the capacity of loading of bridge and accumulate practical datum especially for thenew structure, the new design theory and development and the application of the newconstruction craf. Sui Fenhe Cable-stayed Bridge is a single tower, single cable plane andtower-beam-pier consolidation bidge which is constructed by horizontal swivel-construction,the weight amounts to 14,000tons which is originated in domestic. Based on the method ofmodem bridge design, space infinite element, vibration testing and analytical technology,Taking Sui Fenhe Cable-stayed Bridge as project background, this text studies load test plan ofSui Fenhe Cable-stayed bridge in foundation of summarizing the load test plans of someconcerned bridges.Through the theoretical analysis of Sui Fenhe Cable-stayed bridge by Dr. Bridge software,the paper diterminated the controlling load and loading condition in premise of guaranteeingthe load test efficiency, compared actual deformation or strain value of the controlling sectionwith theory calculated value in various working condition and calculated the structureverification coefficient. When comparing the value of same measuring points in variousworking condition, this text carries on the proportion of each measuring point,s value withvalue of all measuring points on the comparison to reduce the effect of environmental factoreffectively. According to the characteristic of Cable-stayed Bridge with Single Tower andSingle Cable Plane, this text analysis why this data produces,then determines the actualcapacity of loading of this bridge and carries on the corresponding summary to the rule.The influence factor of bridge vibration is very complicated. In order to test the actualcondition when the bridge is forced by dynamical load, running test, braking test and jumpingtest are carried out respectively. According to the time-travel curve under the cases above-mentioned, the actual figure of impact coefficient are came out. At the same time this textcompares it with that in theory and brought forward beneficial advices for the road managingand maintaining department.Theoretical mode analysis is made by establishing the space infinite element model of SuiFenhe Cable-stayed Bridge with ANSYS software and natural vibration frequency and modeshape of Sui Fenhe Cable-stayed Bridge theoretically are concluded. This text tested the actualmode parameters (including mode shape, natural vibration frequency and damping ratio)through pulsation measurement method, and analyses why caused these mode shape accordingto the structure characteristic of Sui Fenhe Cable-stayed. The comparison between actual results and those in theory indicated that the bridge is qualified with satisfactory dynamicalperformance.
