| Embedded technology has already been widely permeated in every respect of society during the post PC age with top development of digital information technology and network technology. The embedded technology has already become one of the hottest technologies with the development of 32 bit high performance ARM microprocessor and the appearance of large quantity embedded operating system, it has already been widely applied in the field of industrial control such as robot, numerical control machine, intelligent instrument, automotive electronics and industrial distributed control system.Industrial boiler is an important device in industrial production. Its safe operation is the guaranty of safe production; its working performance has important meaning for caloricfic efficiency and coal consumption and electric power consumption. Boiler control system is important guaranty to guarantee boiler's safe and high efficient operation. According to the hardware specification of industrial boiler control system and combining development tendency of industrial boiler control system with intelligentize and networking and informationization, research and design embedded industrial boiler controller based on ARM. On the basis of analyzing main body frame and design method of embedded mechatronics control system, this paper presents embedded controller prototype platform which is based on ARM embedded microprocessor and uC/OS-II Real-time Operating System. The main body design and division of functional module is completed, and hardware system and software system are designed.For hardware, choose S3C44B0X microprocessor based on ARM architecture as the core of the controller, design power module, clock module, reset module, and JTAG interface circuit, and design memory interface circuit and UART interface circuit, finally design keyboard interface circuit and LCD (liquid crystal display) interface circuit.For software, analyze and design BootLoader bootstrap routine, transplant Real-time Operating System uC/OS-II on S3C44B0X microprocessor.On the basis of designed embedded controller prototype platform based on ARM microprocessor and uC/OS-II Real-time Operating System, industrial boiler controller is researched and developed. The design of industrial control system based on ARM microprocessor is presented according to the development of industrial boiler auto-control system.Hardware and software design of system is accomplished according to analog variable, switching value, controlled variable and related information that are contained in process control of industrial boiler. The software design adopts module design idea, and divides the whole system into several modules including main module, keyboard module, LCD module, data acquisition, initialization module and UART communication module. The main module calls other modules and connects them together to form integration to realize system's function.ADTIDE integrated development environment is used to compile and debug the program on personal computer, and it is downloaded on experimental board to verify some parts of the system's function. The embedded controller based on ARM has features of fully functioning, high reliability, low power consumption and small volume. The controller provides a new kind of monitor for industrial boiler control system.It has important meaning and widely applicational forground for guaranteeing safe production; inceasing boiler operation benefit and level of automation. |
