Research And Development On Embedded Controller

After network technology, embedded system is a new direction of technique development. Embedded system has been applied in military, electronics, communication, industrial control and so on, because it has the character of small size, high performance, low cost, high reliability and oriented object program.The embedded controller system uses a 32-bit ARM CPU as its hard core. Information is displayed on the LCD. Through the UART the controller system can connect with a GPRS module, by which these information data can be sent to a control center from far away. The operational system is μCLinux. The system realizes its monitor and controller functions by opening several threads and getting data from UART and CAN bus. The local and remote functions was installed in a loader and tested for more than 30 hours. In the test process, the whole system displayed as table performance and nevers topped towork or showed error information.It also completed the remote data sending test.
