Energy source and environment becomes an urgent problem for every country all over the world. With the coming of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, the utilization of clean and reproducible energy becomes the important task for us especially. Sewage source heat pump is a kind of heating and air-conditioning instrument for constructions, utilizing city sewage source. This technology is getting more and more attention of government, due to its characteristics of energy saving and environment protection, and it meets the people's demand to achieve the harmoniousness between individual's living and their environment in terms of its great advantage of energy saving and environment protection.In chapter second, the key problems of design and project construct be introduced in the case of an actual project of sewage source heat pump in Beijing, including the sewage source, construction of the intake and outfall, choose and design of the strainer and heat exchanger and then the layout of equipment machinery room. Summarize the key problems in the build and construct at the final of this chapter. And the temperature of the sewage source be test. The sewage water would be dropped 0.5~1.0℃/km when falling in river way, so the sewage source which far from the waste water disposition plant 5 km also be good heat source/sink.Sewage heat exchanger is the most important equipment of sewage source heat pump system for the corrodibility and easy to encrust because of the sewage water. So, in the forth chapter of this paper, it stressed introduce all kinds of heat exchangers and the thermodynamic calculate, the designing and type choose, and then analyze the thermal resistance. At last of the chapter, it bring forward the problem of the force heat transfer in sewage heat exchanger and analyze force heat transfer of twisted–tape inwall of tube suit for sewage source heat pump system.Therewith, in chapter fifth is the numerical simulation of force heat transfer in the heat exchanger. But, for the instability of the physical features of sewage water and correspondence to experiment, establish the numerical simulation of twisted–tapes inwall of tube and the heat transfer medium is air and then analyze and generalize all the influence factors. Hope this manner of force heat transfer can applied to the sewage heat transfer, to increase the utilization ratio of the sewage heat energy.All above work done, include in designing of sewage source heat pump system, referenced value and practical value to progress of the project application. And created put forward the method of numerical simulation to analyze the twisted-tapes inwall of tube force heat transfer.
