Energy is one of the basic human needs. Using energy and environmentalprotection is very difficult to be balanced. For this reason, The program for thedevelopment of11put forward a resource-conserving environment friendly society.Vigorously develop renewable energy, such as solar energy, geothermal energy, Tidalenergy and so on. But renewable energy is very difficult to be used, it often affectedby many limitations.This thesis mainly expounds on the method and possibility of using the newtechnology in the field of waste heat recovery--polymer heat exchanger to acquirelow grade energy, which contains in sewage. This thesis put forward a new methodto solve the blocking and corrosion problem of sewage heat exchanger. Thetraditional metal heat exchanger is substitute for polymer heat exchanger. The morereasonable layout is used to solve the blocking and corrosion problem.This thesis adopts CFD software to simulate characteristics of the polymer heatexchanger, which work in pure water circumstances and aeration strengthen heattransfer circumstances. because of the velocity which is out of the heat exchanger islow and the poor thermal performance of polymer material, the convection heattransfer coefficient of the traditional polymer heat exchanger is low. So this thesisputs forward a feasible way and a Concrete Measures to enhance heat transfer.Through the establishment of the actual experimental platform, recording the actualoperation data, comparing the simulation date and operation data, verifies themodel’s reliability and the feasible way of heat transfer Enhancement.This thesis put forward a kind of polymer heat exchanger structure which is Suitfor tele-immersive installation in sewage-water heat pump. This thesis has solved theMesh optimization and convergence problem which calculate the heat transfer ofhigh-length-diameter-ratio model in two phase flow, established this kind of heatexchanger calculate model which can work in different sewage water conditions, putforward the method that how to install and clean the heat exchanger and how to useit in sewage-water heat pump field. Through the above work, the author hasexploited, researched and promoted the new technology in the recovery of waste heatfield and achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction...
