In recent years, the rapid development of heat pump have promoted the development of the national economy. The sewage source heat pump emerges slowly unique properties, but there are some problems in engineering applications, water in taking and heat exchanging are the main technical difficulties, in recent years researchers have been on a modicum success in water in taking, however, heat exchanging technology has hampered the sewage source heat pump technology development, the blockage、scaling and corrosion of sewage source heat pump heat exchanger exist in the domestic engineering, based on this the author develops a new type of heat exchanger which can integrate water in taking and heat transfer, the kind of heat exchanger can avoid technical difficulties existed in water in taking and heat exchanging.Immersed vertical plate heat exchanger is newly developed by the author, this paper mainly describes its performance advantages, which possess high thermal efficiency, compact structure、low cost and non clogging pipe, the kind of heat exchanger is easy to clean, which have been widely used in different industrial applications. However, in adequate also exist in the heat exchanger that heat transfer coefficient is low and flow resistance is large. This paper mainly researched the external and internal optimized structures of the immersed vertical plate heat exchanger, it was found that the external structure into the water must be smooth and had a arc transition, internal structure add baffle plate that play a role of diversion, which can enhance heat transfer and then increase heat transfer efficiency, combining the theory of heat transmission science, external and internal structure analysis of the heat exchanger was optimized by calculating heat transfer coefficient and flow pressure drop with the corresponding relational.In the immersed vertical plate heat exchanger design,it need to consider the comprehensive performance of the immersed vertical plate heat exchanger units and the relationship between heat exchanger efficiency and running costs of the kind of heat exchanger, and thus setting and optimizing parameters for making its comprehensive performance optimization, in this paper, the total cost of immersed vertical plate heat exchanger units mathematical modeling, as the objective function, by adjusting the fluid flow rate and structure of immersed vertical plate heat exchanger for analysis and optimization, and to reach sewage source heat pump units performance optimization.Through experiment fund that the vertical plate heat exchanger immersed in sewage source heat pump units run well and did not appear clogging and scaling problems before and after the experiment, and the heat transfer coefficient experimental data and theoretical calculated fairly, which verified the feasibility of the immersed vertical plate heat exchanger for engineering applications.
