Research On The Control System Of BO Packaging Machine Based On Beckhoff Lightbus

The tobacco profession is a very big profession in China. It may create the massive tax revenues and the employment opportunity for the government every year. The BO packaging machine produced by Germany Schmermund company has been used by certain quantity tobacco factory in our country. It has the high-speed, efficient, precise character. Its usage has greatly enhanced the degree of automation of product line, debased the labor intensity, and improved the work environment. Therefore, this system has the broad application prospect. At present, its mechanical system is good, but the electrical system failure rate is high, and the parts supply exist problem, therefore we should carry on the new research design to its electrically controlled system.In this paper, it describes the whole electrical system design process of BO packaging machine by searching on the key technology such as Field Bus Technology, Embeded computer System, motor drive, and so on. It mainly introduces the electrical design and soft design of BO part, RC part, and FHZ/NK part of the packaging machine. It selects CX1000 embeded controller of Beckhoff company as the main controller to control the whole producing process of the packaging machine. It uses lightbus technology of Beckhoff company to transmit and exchange data between controller and equipment. It selects GP2600 industry touch screen of Japanese Proface Corporation, which can work with CX1000 online, as the interactive contact surface. In the software part, we can use TwinCAT system software to program the CX1000 directly to control the system.The new control system which can run stably for long time in the scene show that: The whole system has advanced technology. It has complete function and good maintainability.
