With the development of economy,the demand for packaging machinery is growing rapidly.The filling,molding,and sealing equipment is particularly rapid.The international packaging machinery market belongs to the United States,Germany,Japan and Italy.Their packaging equipment is advanced,containing high degree of automation and precision.At present,China mainly relied on imports of complete packaging sets of equipment to realize the automation of the production line.By learning the foreign advanced technology,China's packaging machinery production increased dramatically.Due to excessive dependence on foreign technology,the innovation ability of China is not strong,thereby restricting its packaging machinery development.Especially for some small packaging enterprises,their fund investment is small,the introduction of fully automated high-end equipment is particularly difficult,and existing equipment automation degree is not high with frequent malfunctions,which seriously constrain the development of those enterprise.Pointing at the problems commonly existing in small packaging enterprises,such as the disadvantages of manual operation of template placing and film cutting,the packaging equipment is divided into different units according to different functions for designing respectively.In order to improve the adsorption effect of the film,two kinds of pressing film ways were compared to determine the reasonable one.Through the analysis of the vacuum system,the factors that influence the vacuum effect are found out,and the appropriate vacuum time is calculated.On this basis,the air circuit of the vacuum packaging machine system is designed.According to the gas consumption calculation of the system,the air compressor and the gas tank is selected to meet the requirements of production.According to the requirements of different units and its control movement,the circuit of vacuum packaging system is integrated and redesigned.The requirements of the equipment adjustment and operation are met,and the electrical integration of the machine is realized.Aiming at the problems of the uncoordinated running and low productivity of the packaging production line,the Flexsim software is used to simulate the whole packaging system.Through the allocation of resources and parameter optimization,bottlenecks in the system are eliminated,and the problem of production piling is solved.The logistics performance and production capacity of the production line reached a better matching.
