Packaging machinery refers to the machinery which can complete all or part of the packaging process of products and commodities. Packaging process includes refilling, sealing, wrapping package and other master operations and the related front and back process, such as, cleaning, removing, stacking, etc. And packaging also includes measurement and chopping on packed materials, etc. The use of packaging machinery can improve the productivity, reduce labor intensity and reduce production cost.This thesis mainly optimizes the feeding process system of tableware automatic packaging machine. According to the production process and technical requirements of the existing tableware automatic packaging machines, it analyzes, sorts and summarizes the action sequence of each organization, and analyzes the performance of tableware packaging machine in the aspects of control system and main hardware facilities. From the perspective of functions required by tableware packaging machines, it expounds the shortcomings of tableware packaging machines, and put forwards the specific optimization design scheme.The main deficiencies are as follows: it needs a lot of labors to feed, and a packaging machine may need 5-8 people, from preparing materials, feeding to the sorting of final products, it needs to be done by hand, and repetitive work for a long time is easy to make people fatigue, so it is not conducive to improving the production efficiency, and it is easy to produce unqualified products, reduce product production and increase unqualified products, which will directly affect the production efficiency. According to the above shortcomings, it puts forward the following optimization design schemes.(1) Design scheme â… : It puts forward the optimization method of improving the production efficiency through speeding up the production TAKT of packaging machine. First of all, it understands the working process of tableware packaging machine, analyzes the performance requirements of control system as well as manual operation process, etc. Secondly, regarding TAKT as a breakthrough point and under the premise of not increasing production costs, it improves production efficiency, increases production benefits, and puts forward the concrete optimization design of control system.(2) Design scheme â…¡: to design a feed mechanism. It improves production efficiency and stability by reducing labors, and according to the working principle and control requirements of tableware packaging machine, it studies whether the multistage parallel technology is suitable for tableware packaging machine, and analyzes its feasibility. Then, it determines program design requirements of MCU, makes a software programming on the basis of parallel control scheme, and improves production efficiency. Moreover, it puts forward a kind of fault detection system of automatic feeding mechanism of tableware packaging machine, and through the sensor signal of key part of each movement mechanism, it realizes a real-time monitoring and fault detection.Through test analysis, it concludes that although speeding up the TAKT of the packaging machine can increase the production efficiency to a certain extent, because of high-speed operation of the device, it is easy to reduce the life of the packaging machine equipment. While after increasing a feeding mechanism, a packaging machine can improve 20% of production efficiency and reduce the labor to 2 people. So it is recommended to use design scheme â…¡. Although the cost of production will increase by about 30%, with the increasing of labor cost, replacing labors with machines has been a development trend of the future production and processing enterprises.
