With the more successive opening in low air zone, as an advanced technology, general aviation will play a more essential role in China. The general aviation flight securing system will ensure safety of airplane's flight as to fulfill tasks, promoting the rapid development of aviation. After referring to many sorts of civil airplane flight securing systems, the dissertation proposes one kind of aviation flight securing system of high ability-price ratio, which is based on the ATM/CNS technology and GIS/GPS technology, employing advanced excellent mathematical program. This system could provide ability for flying contradiction detection, cautioning during the period of landing, and decision making in three dimension visualization flights with the help of GPS technology, Geography Information System (GIS), ADS-B technology, airspace database technology and computer software technology. With the characteristic of low price and high ability, this system is very suitable for general aviation. This dissertation has completed some essential roles , introduced the theory and method of realizing the system's functions.
