Aircraft Trouble Shooting is important for maintenance engineering, because the exactness and proficiency of Trouble Shooting will directly influence on operation of airline. Traditional training method, which takes in a plane or aircraft simulator always has its problem of overcapitalization and poor expansibility, thus restricts the improvement of aircraft maintenance workers. Many airlines have spent a lot of human resourse and time for the training.This article, closely related with the demand for modern aviation aircraft trouble shooting simulative training, based on fully research and demonstration in and broad, combined with actual requirement from domestic airlines, deals with advanced technology including Intelligent Tutoring System, Case-based Fault Recur, trouble shooting, and etc. The Aircraft Trouble Shooting Simulation and Intelligent Training Technology presented by this article, could be used during training process. The Case-based Intelligent Maintenance Training System combines the former system with CBR, and the prototype of maintenance training was set up beforehand to store some maintenance cases. Through learning these cases, trainees will obtain maintenance knowledge and practical technical training under a simulating environment.Aviation Maintenance was firstly discussed in this article. Aircraft Trouble Shooting Process, the Virtual Maintenance Training System and Intelligent Tutoring System, UML Technology and System Analyzing and Design based on UML were following studied. Then Case-based Fault Recur and Trouble Shooting Training and Intelligent Evaluation Technology was analysed. At last, the Case-based Aircraft Intelligent Trouble Shooting System with examples was tested and Intelligent Trouble Shooting Training System for Hydraulic System of B737-600 was accomplished.
