Cast-in-situ hollow concrete floor systerm, which utilize the concept of precast hollow slab, is a new kind of concrete structure. The software analysis and formula count are primarily the analysis methods of cast-in-situ hollow concrete floor systerm. The software analysis contains ANSYS and Superbuild, while foumula count contains the Japanese formula count and method which are recommended by domestic criterion. Cast-in-situ hollow concrete floor systerm can be divided into column-supported slab and edge-supported slab. Column-supported slab can be analysed with equivalent frame method and direct design method. Edge-supported slab can be analysed with the method of solid slab and coefficient. Then the count method of the edge-supported slab's flexibility can be deducted.Four methods (ANSYS, Superbuild, Janpanese count method and domestic count method) are adopted to analyse and compute edge-supported slab which has different hollow percentage so as to get the value of stress and flexibility. So, the results are summarized to get the conclusions. Finally, based on the conclusions of this paper, some reasonable and applicable advises are brought forward to the count and design of the cast-in-situ hollow concrete floor systerm.
