With the rapid development of economy and society today, people's living standard has improved greatly, and people's aesthetic demand to urban roads landscape has also increased incessantly. Also on the combination of three-factors-method, from the aesthetic, functional, ecological , selecting the most appropriate city landscape evaluation and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the road landscape evaluation.
