Because non- renewable oil resource is drying up, the world automobile profession urgently resolves the question which is developing and taking use of the clean non- pollution resource.In recent years, the world scope inside bring about the wave tide of the development new energy automobile, the university and each big automobile company all round the world vie with each other in developing a hybrid motive automobile, fuel cell automobile, dynamoelectric automobile, solar energy automobile. After referring many research papers, the solar energy electric car classification is generalized, the characteristic which the solar energy electric car has is summarized, technical development situation is elaborated, technology development tendency of solar electric car is forecast..2. The solar electric car. is the most ideal environmental protection type new energy car, each parts is right of choose a type to raise the its motive and economy contain important function. At present the solar cell is divided into: The crystal silicon solar cell, compound thin film solar cell, the polymer multilayer trim electrode solar cell, the nanometer crystallization solar cell. Synthesizing teach performance index of them, because monocrystalline silicon solar cell technology is mature, is used widespreadly, the price is inexpensive, therefore it is suitable for the solar electric car. Accumulator cell types are many and varied, according to com-power, specific energy, energy density, cycle life of sufficient charge and discharge and so on each, the nickel cadmium, the nickel hydrogen and the lithium battery are most suit for the solar electric car. But the price of them is expensive and they need more mature technology. Acid battery although has worse specific energy, com-power, but technology of it is mature, the price is cheap. So acid battery also may be a better choice. Because the wheel hub motor could directly drive the car, so the energy loss is lowest. Another assignment power is nimble, and it may control each wheel independently. So the solar electric car uses the wheel hub motor widely. The wheel hub motor is divided into permanent magnetism direct current brushes motor, the permanent magnetism non-brushes motor, the switch magnetic resistance motor and the asynchronous machine. Then we built battery discharge model, charging model, the SOC is an important parameter in the storage battery work, so it is necessary to make a point analysis to the SOC variety in the model.Finaly,we built up the mathematics model of the electric motor. According to the electrical characteristics of the permanent magnetism non-brushes motor, we explained the speed adjusting method -""the weak magnetism adjusting."6 .According to front establishment of mathematics model, we built up the solar cell set to provide power to simulate model with the MATLAB/SIMULINK and make simulation analysis. Then built up simulation model of the control strategy on joint drive and make simulation analysis, which is to test the curacy of control strategy. Finally, we use simulation software ADVISOR to simulate the model of motor work alone, is to match with the verification parameter of accuracy.
