In recent years, the construction technology of cable-stayed bridge has obstained greatly development, So the research of long-span cable-stayed bridge's construction control technology is becoming more and more important. In order to establish an easy and feasible construction method, this paper took a certain bridge construction project of Taian Yangtze River Cable—Stayed Bridge in Luzhou as the example to study bridge construction control of long span cable-stayed bridge.Because of the complicated construction procedure of the long-span cable-sayed bridge, it will be affected by many certain or uncertain parameters. The actual construction state of the bridge might deviate from the state of theoretical design. Therefore, the bridge construction control emphasizes the problem-finding out and error-adjusting in time, and state-predicting for following construction, so as to guarantee the construction system under control all the time.Firstly, this paper introduces briefly the construction control technologies and systems for long-span cable-stayed bridge. Then a bridge structure analysis software,BSAS,is used in the simulation of the bridge construction process for analysis the sensitivity of calculated parameters. The influences of parameter error to the main girder displacement, cable tension, stress of the reference section of the cable-stayed bridge are studied by changing the main parameter. Secondly, the specific parameter estimating by Kalman filter method is researched based on construction measuring and its feedback is used to conduct the construction. Thirdly, this paper explain the Gray Predictive System including its basic theory technique, application step and the practical application. The mainly state variables, which affect the system's behavior, can be predicted through the establishmen of gray predictive model. It is shown that modal GM(1,1) can predict many random variables better during the construction process of cable-stayed bridge, e.g.the carridge's deformation and the beam's deflection when concrete is casted. And this system can simultaneously achieve the objective of "double control" on both the bridge's configuration and cable tension. So we can find a feasible way to establish a series of models for the construction control of cable-stayed bridge. Lastly, the deficiencies in this paper and further study of construction control were listed.
